All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds.

Regular-priced items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with original receipt and in original condition (unused, unwashed, tags attached).

Sale items, discounted merchandise, accessories, bodysuits, undergarments, swimwear and promotional items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or credited.

Once an exchange is processed, a store credit valid for 30 days will be issued. Store credit is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Sales tax (IVU) is not refundable in cash and will be applied when the store credit is used.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier
